When you book a service call with Dalton Heating & Air Henderson, you should know who’s walking through the door before we ring the bell. That’s why we tell you the technician’s name in advance, and why every one of our people is background-checked, uniformed, and factory-trained. We’re a Garrison Partners company, which means everyone on this page works under The Garrison Standard: written pricing before any work starts, a written guarantee on every repair, and a full year of coverage on the work we do. No mystery crews. No subcontractor roulette. Just the same faces, held to the same code, call after call.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Marco Benitez, Owner
Marco runs Dalton Heating & Air Henderson, and he’s been with the Garrison Partners network long enough to know that a clean job site and a clear diagnosis matter more than a clever sales pitch. He’ll tell you Henderson summers don’t negotiate, so neither does he: the price goes in writing before any work begins, and the repair is guaranteed in writing for a full year. If it fails in that time, we return at no charge. That’s not a promotion. It’s how Marco holds the crew accountable, and how he’d want a contractor to treat his own house. When he’s not on the phone or walking a job, he’s usually reminding the team that “leave the site clean” is not a suggestion.
Elena R., Lead Technician
Elena is our lead AC and furnace repair tech, and she’s the person we send when a system has been misdiagnosed by someone else. She’s factory-trained across all nine major residential brands we service: Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, York, Daikin, Bryant, and American Standard. Her specialty is refrigerant diagnostics, which means she tracks down slow leaks that other techs top off and walk away from. In Henderson’s 110-degree stretches, a refrigerant recharge, topping off the cooling fluid your system needs to reach set temperature, is the difference between a working unit and a Thursday meltdown. Elena carries a worn-in multimeter and a no-nonsense clipboard, and she’d rather show you the test reading than explain why you should trust her.
David M., Senior Installer
David leads our heat pump installation and replacement work, and he’s been setting residential units for over a decade. He’s certified on the full lineup we service and handles the load calculation, duct transition, and start-up sequence on every job he runs. His rule is simple: if the install isn’t clean enough for a photo, it isn’t finished. That means level pads, sealed line sets, correctly torqued flare fittings, and a thermostat that actually talks to the new system before he packs his tools. David is also the guy who explains what a heat pump is doing in plain English, since Henderson’s shoulder seasons make them a smart fit for a lot of homes. He keeps a laminated copy of The Garrison Code in the side door of his van. He says it’s for the apprentices. It’s also a little bit for him.
Sam T., Service Coordinator
Sam is the voice on the phone when you call (775) 593-7060, because when you call Dalton Heating & Air Henderson, a live person answers. He’s the one who logs your issue, confirms the appointment window, and tells you exactly who’s coming and when. If it’s a furnace failure on a cold January night or an AC that quit during a July heat wave, Sam’s job is to get the right technician routed with the right parts, without you having to repeat your story three times. He’s been coordinating service calls for over seven years and knows the Henderson map well enough to tell you whether your technician is coming from the 95 or through Boulder Highway. Sam is severe about two things: accurate arrival windows and remembering that nobody calls an HVAC company because their day is going great. He’ll get you on the schedule, and he won’t make you listen to hold music to do it.
One Standard, Every Job
Every person on this page operates under the same rules. The Garrison Code is our floor, not our ceiling: arrive inside the stated window, put the price in writing before starting any work, do the job by the book, leave the site clean, and stand behind the work for a full year. The 365-Day Done Right Promise covers every repair we make in Henderson, and if the work does not hold, we come back at no charge. No upgrade fee unlocks that guarantee. It’s already on the ticket. Marco expects the crew to wire thermostats and replace contactors by the same manual, but more than that, he expects them to explain the problem before they touch a screwdriver. That’s the standard. It’s not a slogan we hang on the wall, it’s the reason we put the technician’s name on the work order.
